It is necessary to forge political beliefs through theoretical arms, to cultivate and shape the political beliefs of officers and soldiers that listen to and follow the party as the primary task, educate and guide officers and soldiers to strengthen their beliefs, keep in mind the fundamental purpose of the party and the military’s mission and tasks, and consciously use the party’s innovative theoretical arms Mind, guide practice, promote work, inherit the red gene, and build a solid ideological foundation.
New-type military talents must increase their political acumen and political discernment, must strictly observe political and organizational discipline, achieve a clear-cut and firm stand, and always maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, and Chairman Xi in ideological and political actions.

It is necessary to always follow the call of the party and the people, be ready to lead the war, firmly establish the thinking of the fighting team, carry forward the fighting spirit of "one is not afraid of hardship, and the other is not afraid of death", and cultivate a brave and tenacious fighting style.
