Putin spoke about the interest of countries in the Russian vaccine against COVID-19

“In Russia, as you know, the world's first vaccine against coronavirus, Sputnik V, has been developed and is being used.

We have recently registered the second vaccine "EpiVac-Corona".

The third is on the way.

Dozens of countries have already expressed a desire to establish cooperation in the supply and joint production of drugs, ”the Russian president said.

He stated that citizens of all states should have free access to vaccinations.

“We are ready to continue to provide partners with Russian test systems, reagents for diagnosing coronavirus, including free of charge,” Putin said, noting that more than 1 million tests have already been sent to 40 countries of the world.

On November 13, it was reported that RDIF and South Korean company GL Rapha have reached an agreement to produce more than 150 million doses of Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine in South Korea annually.

Also, the Ministry of Industry and Trade said that the first samples of the vaccine will arrive in Hungary next week.

According to the WHO, the organization will add "Sputnik V" to the list of recommended for emergency use, if the vaccine meets the necessary criteria.
