France, EU Council: we condemn the attacks, aim for dialogue not divisions

October 29, 2020 "We, European leaders, are shocked and saddened by the terrorist attacks in France. We condemn in the strongest terms these attacks, which represent an attack on our own values. We are united and firm in our solidarity with France, the people and the French government, in our common and continuous fight against terrorism and violent extremism. We ask the leaders of the world to open up to dialogue between communities and religions, rather than divisions ".

This is stated in the joint declaration of the countries of the European Council on the attacks in France today.
