The man is convicted of forcing a woman in his vicinity to prostitute himself.

He has maintained contact with customers, helped with text and photos for the ads and controlled the pricing of the woman's services.

In 2013, the first advertisement was introduced on a website where the woman's sexual services were offered for a fee.

Five years later, the story unfolded, when the woman told the police about prostitution.

In June this year, the 54-year-old man was charged with aggravated procuring.

Rough procuring or procuring

Nacka District Court sentenced the man for procuring of the normal degree to ten months' imprisonment and the Court of Appeal now upholds the district court's judgment.

In the appeal to the Court of Appeal, the prosecutor had demanded that the man be convicted of aggravated procuring and the accused demanded that the prosecution be dismissed.

The Court of Appeal writes in the judgment that it shares the district court's assessment that the procuring for which the man is convicted corresponds to imprisonment for one year.

But, just like the district court, the Court of Appeal rules that the sentence should be set at ten months' imprisonment because the man was fired from his job in the Armed Forces.
