The death toll from the suicide attack against an educational center in Kabul has risen to 18 dead and 57 injured. The attack was claimed by the terrorists by Isis. The peace talks between the government and the Taliban therefore do not stop the wave of violence that is sweeping the country. The attack took place in the late afternoon in a western district of Kabul. The bomber had tried to enter the building but, identified by the guards, blew himself up outside, a spokesman for the Interior Ministry explained.
