On September 26, Anna Komarova (surname changed at the request of the heroine. -

RT

) was returning home.

It was quite late, around midnight to 1 am.

There are few lanterns in the private sector of Krasnodar.

There was no lighting at all near Anna's house.

The girl safely reached the gate, groped for the keys in her backpack and was about to open the front door.

A 10-year-old son was waiting for her at home.

Suddenly Anna felt something cold and thin on her neck.

“They began to choke me.

It hurt a lot, and then I started to choke, ”the girl recalls.

She did not see the attacker - he crept up from behind - but she heard his voice.

“It was a man, he said, 'This is the last warning, next time there will be a knife.'

And what if I go to the police, the child will not come back from school, ”Anna recalls.

She could no longer hear - she lost consciousness.

"Drive up to talk"

We are meeting with Anna Komarova in Moscow.

She is short, fragile, with long Afro-braids.

A thin strand scar is still visible on the neck.

For the second year, the girl has been trying to achieve justice in the case of her common-law husband Vitaly Zhuk.

He was sentenced in the summer of 2019 to 3.5 years for robbery.

Anna is sure that the sentence is too harsh, and Vitaly is serving the sentence for another person.

Beetle was 27 years old when in the spring of 2018 he came to Moscow to work from his native Belarus.

I got a job as an administrator in the Bronze Lion cafe on Baku Street.

“I received a little, I even had to live right there, in a cafe,” Anna recalls.

They met Vitaly in the same period - first in absentia, through friends, then they saw each other, began a relationship, Anna began to come to Moscow.

In his spare time, Zhuk was engaged in wrestling.

Nikita Vorozhbitov went to the same gym.

According to Anna, young people had a lot in common - peers, both from Belarus, both are interested in martial arts.

Zhuk was also bribed by the fact that Vorozhbitov was an MMA fighter and a popular blogger.

“He seemed to be the best kid in the world who never abandoned his friends, - Vitalya said so about him,” Anna recalls.

When Vorozhbitov asked for help, Zhuk agreed without hesitation.

The essence of the request was as follows: Vorozhbitov was engaged in the resale of headphones to his native Belarus and the cities of Russia.

Having bought another batch in Moscow, he discovered that several sets were supposedly faulty and decided to contact the seller.

As follows from Zhuk's testimony in the criminal case (a copy is at the disposal of RT), Nikita described this communication as follows: "the seller does not meet halfway, he does not return money, he banned him everywhere and does not get in touch."

“To put it simply, Vorozhbitov presented the seller as a fraud, and asked Vitalia to come and talk to him,” explains Anna.

In addition to Vitaly, Vorozhbitov took another friend named Yan (also a native of Belarus) with him to a meeting with the seller.

To lure the seller to a meeting, Vorozhbitov ordered a batch of headphones in the name of Yan.

On the evening of June 27, all three arrived at the Borisovo metro station.

The young man who threw Vorozhbitov turned out to be a first-year student Daniil Rogalev.

He was selling wireless headphones for about six months, he kept the goods at home.

To the meeting, he took a box and a bag with headphones, 55 in total.

On the call, Yana went to the benches near the metro.

According to the investigation, Yan and Vitaly approached him, the latter grabbed Rogalev from behind and sat him on the bench, holding his hands.

At that moment Vorozhbitov came up, Rogalev recognized him from a previous purchase.

Vorozhbitov and his comrades took the box and the package with the headphones, after which they disappeared.

Also, in his testimony, the student reported that Zhuk hit him on the cheek, and the young people threatened him with "problems" if he complained anywhere.

A slightly different picture of events consists of the testimony of Zhuk himself, as well as an audio recording made during the incident, presumably by Vorozhbitov (RT has at its disposal).

On it, you can hear Nikita expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of the goods purchased last time, convinces Rogalev that several pairs of headphones he purchased do not work.

Vorozhbitov is also outraged that the seller did not contact him.

Then Nikita makes an offer, which is difficult for a student to refuse: Vorozhbitov takes the 55 pairs brought with him, selects a few of them instead of the previously purchased defective ones, and returns the rest to Rogalev.

The student responds with “okay”.

Threats, as well as sounds of struggle or blows, are not heard on the recording.

The beetle also denies inflicting bodily harm on Rogalev.

"I was not going to return"

The student immediately told his father about the incident.

They decided to write a statement to the police.

A criminal case was opened at the Brateevo OMVD on the very next day after the "conversation".

The actions of Vorozhbitov and his friends were qualified as "a robbery committed by a group of persons in a preliminary conspiracy, with the use of violence that is not dangerous to life."

Initially, the case was opened against unidentified persons.

But Rogalev continued to communicate with Vorozhbitov on social networks.

“Realizing that this would be necessary for the investigation, I tried to neatly maintain the conversation and find out the address of the meeting and the phone number that Nikita undertook to give me,” Rogalev informed the investigator.

In the correspondence, Vorozhbitov proposed to meet on July 5.

But neither to this date, nor in the future, no one returned the headphones to Rogalev.

“It became clear that Vorozhbitov had no intention of doing this,” says Anna.

According to her, Vorozhbitov sold almost immediately all the taken away headphones in Yekaterinburg.

At the same time, he continued to assure Rogalev that he would return everything, constantly postponing the dates.

On July 7, Vitaly Zhuk was detained.

“They came to him right at work and was soon arrested,” says Anna Zhuk.

Vorozhbitov and Yan, according to her, had left Russia for Belarus by that time.

"Moreover, Nikita did not warn anyone, did not tell Vitaly that the headphone seller had written a statement to the police, although he knew about it from Rogalev himself," Komarova claims.

Anna does not exclude that Vorozhbitov deliberately betrayed his friend.

“They found him very quickly,” the girl thinks.

Vitaly told her that Rogalev did not know either his phone number or even his name, he was only familiar with Vorozhbitov.

And only he knew where Vitaly Zhuk worked.

Judging by the case file, Rogalev remembered Vitaly's appearance and signs - tattoos on his arms.

“But in Moscow, hundreds of thousands of people fit this description,” notes Anna.

The transcript of the interrogation of a witness - one of the operatives of the Brateyevsky Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - says that the identity of the suspect was established "during the analysis of social networks of the Internet resource by signs" (hereinafter - quotes from the criminal case materials).

"It is not possible to ensure attendance"

Back in November 2018, Olga Savina, an investigator of the Brateyevsky OMVD, twice asked the operatives to establish the whereabouts and ensure the attendance of Vorozhbitov, and if it was impossible to do so, put him under watchdog control.

But the operatives refused on the grounds that "Vorozhbitov is outside the Russian Federation", "it is not possible to provide a turnout," and it is impossible to put on watchdog control "due to the lack of complete setup data."

In January 2019, the case against Vorozhbitov and Yan was separated into separate proceedings.

But they were in no hurry to detain them, although Vorozhbitov returned to Russia at least once, and his visit was even relatively widely announced.

In the summer of 2020, Nikita fought with Zelemkhan Dukayev in Moscow, as evidenced by the video from the event.

The police came to the venue.

According to one of the organizers of the fight, they were ready to wait for Vorozhbitov to speak and then pick him up.

But in the end, the police left with nothing.

A few hours later, Vorozhbitov entered the ring.

By the way, he lost that fight.

    Unreadable entry

    The investigation lasted 8 months.

During this time, Vitaly's defender changed three times, says Anna.

"One lawyer died, I had to agree to the state, who, in fact, did nothing at all," she recalls.

One of the defenders repeatedly asked the investigator to attach an audio recording from the scene to the case file.

But each time he was refused with the wording that "the audio recording was obtained from an unknown source."

At the same time, as follows from the lawyer's petition, the envelope with the disk, apparently, was not even examined by the OMVD - it was returned to the defender unopened.

According to Komarova, there is also a video recording of the meeting near the metro.

“The first investigator, who conducted the case, said that this record exists and it is readable.

But when the case was transferred to another investigator, for some reason it became unreadable! "

    - Anna wonders.

As a result, there is no record in the case file.

The headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow did not answer RT's questions.

    “In accordance with Art.

161 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, information on the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal case is not subject to disclosure, ”the department said.

    "The same clownery"

Nikita Vorozhbitov refused to speak with RT.

    “It's clownery.

    Either she (Anna Komarova. -

    RT

) is being strangled, then something else.

Tanks will shoot at her house tomorrow.

She is an insane person, we have no comments, ”Vorozhbitov said through his representative.

Today Vorozhbitov is an MMA fighter, winner of several awards in various martial arts and a blogger with a total audience of about 500 thousand people.

In social networks, he talks about his battles, street fights, and also shoots videos of raids on pimps and drug dealers.

Vorozhbitov also adheres to right-wing views, posting interviews with skinheads and representatives of ultra-right organizations.

In his own words, since 2010 he has been on the lists of extremists after participating in the nationalist rally "Slavic March".

In 2019, he moved to St. Petersburg and became close to Vyacheslav Datsik, continuing to do the same thing as in his native Mogilev - to organize raids against prostitution and drug trafficking.

The Belarusian media linked his departure with the attention of law enforcement officers to the lynching that Vorozhbitov arranged.

According to people personally acquainted with him, Vitaly Zhuk is not the first for whom acquaintance with Nikita ended in prison.

RT managed to contact a person who has known him since 2011.

According to the interlocutor, in 2012-2015 Vorozhbitov headed a large fan "firm" (an informal association of football fans. -

      RT

) of the Mogilev club "Dnipro" under the name "S.E.M.Ya".

“In 2015, the security forces took on her, and Nikita knew about it - he was constantly seen at the head of the Mogilev Organized Crime Control Department.

Everyone knew they were communicating, ”says the source.

      - At some point, Vorozhbitov decided to leave the company, putting his classmate in charge of himself.

And literally in a few days all of them were detained - all except Nikita. "

As a result, the source continues, two people received real sentences for hooliganism and fights.

"But Nikita himself did not have anything, he was not even called anywhere, although he was the leader all these years," the interlocutor of RT emphasizes.

      "Selfish intent is evident"

The injured party also has no doubts that it was Vorozhbitov who was the organizer and the main culprit in the theft of the headphones.

In a conversation with Anna (the recording of the conversation was published in the public domain) Rogalev Sr. argues that it was Vorozhbitov who was the organizer of the crime, and Zhuk and Yana were simply "misled".

“Vorozhbitov has a selfish intent, there is an objective side of the crime,” says the victim's father.

RT was unable to contact Daniil Rogalev and his father Oleg.

According to Anna Komarova, they want to "distance as much as possible" from what happened.

But it is indicative that Daniil Rogalev himself at the trial petitioned for a mitigation of Zhuk's punishment "in connection with his active repentance and full compensation for material damage."

“I have no complaints against Zhuk,” the victim reported.

Vitaly Zhuk was sentenced in May 2019 to 3.5 years in prison.

Due to the time spent in the pre-trial detention center, he has already served most of his imprisonment, and will be released in May 2021.

But Anna Komarova hopes for a review of the case and punishment of the organizer.

“They follow me, write threats on social networks,” says Anna.

      - They wrote to me directly that if I did not stop the noise in the media, I would be in trouble.

They came to the colony to see my husband and they threatened him in the same way, forced him to ask me to shut up ”.

Anna cannot name those who threaten her and Vitaly, she is not familiar with these people.

According to Komarova, she turned to the police about the threats, but they refused to initiate a criminal case, allegedly saying that “there is not even such an article - for threats on the Internet”.

Now, together with her lawyer, Anna is preparing an appeal to the prosecutor's office of the Krasnodar Territory.
