The government added that now tourist aggregators can also take part in the program.
Rosturizm will later announce the start and end dates for sales of travel services with cashback.
"The duration of the tour or stay in the hotel under the new conditions of the program has been reduced from 4 to 2 nights, the minimum cost of the voucher is no longer limited (previously - 25 thousand rubles)," the Cabinet said.
In this case, the maximum refund will be 20% of the tour cost, but not more than 20 thousand rubles.
Earlier, Dmitry Gorin, vice-president of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia, in an interview with FAN, assessed the prospects of the second stage of sales of tours with cashback.
