"In connection with the resumption of regular direct flights between Moscow and Seoul from September 27, 2020, the Russian Foreign Ministry informs that since April 13, 2020, the Republic of Korea has temporarily suspended the Agreement between the government of the Russian Federation and the government of the Republic of Korea on the abolition of visa requirements," the message of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

It is noted that entry into South Korea for Russians is possible only with a visa. 

It is also noted that on the territory of Korea, the Russians will have a 14-day paid quarantine at the observatory.

Earlier it was reported that the first regular passenger flight from Seoul to Moscow since March 2020 is scheduled for October 3.
