According to him, the official full name of the department is the Ministry of Social Welfare and Family Policy.
He also said that the authorities need to make people happy and happy and deal with painful problems.
Earlier, Solodov won the election for the head of the Kamchatka Territory, gaining 80.51% of the vote.
