He noted that a dialogue has been established between Russia and South Korea, which is being conducted including at the highest level.

The Russian Foreign Minister also stressed that the visit to Russia by South Korean President Moon Jae In on June 21-23, 2018 was an important event.

Earlier, Moon Jae-in, during a telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin, invited Russia to cooperate in the work of the International Vaccine Institute in Seoul.
