China News Service, September 28. According to a report by Russian Satellite Network, Armenian Prime Minister’s chief adviser and former Defense Minister Vagarsak Arugunyan stated on the 28th that Armenia is preparing for a long war in the Naka region.

  Arujunyan said: "We are preparing for a long-term war. Why? I repeat, because the main participants here are not Azerbaijan, but Turkey, and they pursue their own geopolitical interests. The duration of the war depends on multiple Factors, including how the fighting was conducted, how the international community reacted, etc."

  He also pointed out that there have been dozens of casualties on both sides of the conflict.

  Armenia and Azerbaijan broke out in a new round of conflict in the Naka region on September 27. Both sides accused each other of violating the ceasefire agreement and taking the lead in launching a military offensive.

  Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan announced that the Asian government has decided to implement martial law and military mobilization throughout the country.

The President of Azerbaijan Aliyev signed a decree on the same day, announcing that the country has entered a state of war and imposing martial law across the country.
