According to police, the protesters headed towards Hyde Park.
“Unfortunately, four of our officers were injured and two required hospitalization,” the Twitter post said.
The police once again called on the protesters to disperse.
Earlier it was reported that several police officers were injured in clashes with protesters in Trafalgar Square.
According to media reports, during the clashes, three protesters were also injured.
