“We offered the German side to immediately provide us with comprehensive information on the entire spectrum of issues related to the Navalny case, whether it be test results, biological samples, clinical samples - in short, everything related to this case,” the diplomat said.

According to him, at the same time he sent a letter to OPCW General Director Fernando Arias with a request to inform all members of the organization about the steps taken by Russia.

Shulgin noted that, in accordance with international law, the German colleagues must respond within ten days.
