It supports the Science for All initiative by providing full educational scholarships to 1,476 male and female students to study undergraduate programs, in addition to providing monthly financial aid to students who are financially distressed during their university studies, to ease the financial burden on their families.
The university also applies the vocational program (INJAZ), which was credited with rehabilitating female citizens who missed the opportunity to join university programs, and allowing them to enter the labor market in all emirates of the country, and the number of graduates since the establishment of the program has reached 1248 students in the two branches of the program in Dubai and Fujairah.
Al-Tamimi said that the Foundation's strategic vision aims to support and develop the efforts of institutions active in charitable and humanitarian work, within the public and private sectors, to contribute to community service, support the needy groups, and promote the values of social solidarity and the spirit of cooperation inherent in the Emirati society.
She added that the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Center for Endowment and Endowment Consulting decided to grant the Dubai Endowment Mark to Al Wasl University, in appreciation of its continuing role in supporting science and society by securing the necessary support for the student from the beginning of his enrollment at the university until his graduation there, and for its effective contributions in meeting endowment needs in the education sector.
