Double murder in Lecce. In an apartment building in Via Montello, a man and a woman were stabbed to death and their bodies were found on the stairs. One of the two victims is Daniele De Santis, a young and quoted Serie C referee. Together with him, his girlfriend, Eleonora Manta, was killed. De Santis would have been the administrator of the condominium located near the central station of the Salento capital where the heinous double crime was committed. The police are looking for a man in his sixties. Several checkpoints have been set up in the city.
