According to the ruling, the company has hired three people from abroad who do not have a work permit in Sweden.

The persons were employed during periods 2017 and 2018.

Form concrete means, however, that it has not been intended to employ illegal labor.

The company believes that a consultant has carried out the recruitment and that it was assumed that he would check that there was a work permit.

SVT Nyheter Sörmland has been in contact with the company's legal representative who does not want to comment on the matter further.

Sentenced to a fee

The district court considers that there is no evidence to support Formbetong's claim.

There is also nothing to support the company in any other way having ensured that the employees had a work permit.

Shaped concrete is therefore sentenced to pay a special fee to the state.

The company was sued in August when it was accused of having exploited foreign workers, Formbetong has denied the accusations.
