However, as Fedorov noted, not all parents of children who are in line at a preschool educational institution can get a place there in time.

As a result, they are forced to use the services of private kindergartens and spend significant funds on this.

“In order to implement the constitutional right of children to receive preschool education, I ask you to consider the possibility of creating a mechanism of compensation payments in the amount of no more than two regional minimum wages per month to families who could not get a place in a budget preschool educational institution at the time the child reaches the age necessary for receipts, and were forced to use the services of paid preschool institutions, "- says the text of the appeal.

In June, State Duma deputy Vasily Vlasov proposed establishing a monthly payment for families who refuse a place in kindergarten.
