“On September 18, the Council of the Chamber of Lawyers of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania (AP RNO), having considered at the next meeting the conclusion of the qualification commission of the Presidential Administration of the RNO, containing conclusions on the existence of a disciplinary offense in the actions of lawyer Pashaev, decided to deprive him of his status,” the source said.
Earlier it became known that Pashayev came to the consideration of his disciplinary case.
On September 15, the Russian Ministry of Justice submitted a submission to the Bar Chamber to terminate the status of lawyer Elman Pashayev.
