It is around midnight on Monday, when a fight breaks out in Saint-Ouen (Seine-Saint-Denis) turning to armed settling of accounts.

Assessment: two young men, aged 17 and 25, were killed and a third, aged 16, was injured, we learned from a source close to the investigation.

According to the same source, the injured teenager's life is not in danger.
