Martita from Graná

.

Granada, 1989. She was going to become a teacher, but four years ago she recorded a hilarious video about her land that went viral and never stopped.

In her monologues, tickets are sold out and she has just recorded a role in a movie with Pepe Viyuela and José Mota.

What is 'mala follá granaína'? It's a bit difficult to explain.

People take it as a bad thing, but it is not.

The 'bad fuck' is irony with a bit of bad milk.

It's cool and for me, in humor, it works for me.

Although the expression sounds strong. How does a degree in Education Sciences end up making people laugh? I wanted to study Teaching, but I have always been a bit stupid.

Four years ago, I made a video talking about Granada, I uploaded it to the networks, it went viral.

And until today. Did you get to teach? I worked in schools in the afternoons and after school, but officially in a school, no.

I did not have time. The coronavirus has caused countless shows to be canceled, but I look at their 'website' and it is full of bowling all over the country. I have been fortunate that, thanks to the confinement, I have gained a lot of new audiences and have been able to perform in large outdoor venues, which is what was allowed this summer.

People have worked hard, organizing shows with all security measures. Before the pandemic she was already touring with her monologue "My father flips." I started two years ago very little by little.

The show has varied a lot in this time.

Before confinement, she already had thirteen sold-out bowls in smaller spaces. And on top of that, she is recording a movie. They gave me a role in a film by the Basque director Ana Murugarren.

I have great colleagues like José Mota or Pepe Viyuela.

It is a comedy about a low cost airline company that is doing very badly.

Filming ends in September, but it won't be released until next spring at the earliest. Why don't you talk about politics in your videos and monologues? Since we were little, when the whole family, of which there were fifteen of us, we came home of my grandmother, she said that we did not talk about politics because we ended up fighting.

It is true, politics disunity.

And I don't like getting in there. What is it like to flirt in the Tinder era? I haven't worn Tinder with, I've only ever seen it with my friends.

Now there are many facilities to flirt. Now that she is famous she will flirt a lot. I don't have much time to flirt!

I do not stop and in confinement, you could not ... The topic says that aunts are not funny. That is a lie and nonsense.

We are less comic women and, before, it was very difficult to see a girl on stage, talking about sex, masturbation, eschatological things ... The issues I talk about.

But we aunts are funny.

In my monologues, I hear people's laughter, of course, because you speak openly about sex, masturbation ... 85% of my audience is female and the majority who follow me on the networks is female.

They like what I do because they feel identified.

Although these issues are not heard much on stage, we do talk about it with our groups of friends. Why do you like to provoke men? It is not provoking but talking to them and asking them about the sizes of the 'whistles' and the forms, but with all due respect, eh! Once, in a monologue, one got up and left.

I like to make them feel a little uncomfortable. Would you rather not talk about politics, any other matter that has been self-vetoed?

Humor does have limits sometimes.

The other day, speaking with Pepe Viyuela, we discussed it.

There are many types of humor and I really like black, but I understand that there are people who have had bad experiences and do not see it that way.
