The Minister of Education, Hussein Al-Hammadi, said: “Student health is a top priority and a major goal, so all state institutions cooperate to preserve it,” adding: “We carried out a realistic simulation experiment for students’ attendance in schools during the past period, to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement, in addition to discussing A large number of performance reports prepared by the concerned authorities since the beginning of the implementation of the distance education experience, to study and evaluate the situation in an integrated manner, and to develop plans for continuous development and improvement, and based on these data, the educational institutions plan to resume the study was formulated, which is based on an integrated set of axes that It guarantees the health of students and all those involved in the educational process and the continuity of schools.

He indicated in his statements during the media briefing yesterday, to provide means for monitoring and inspection in educational institutions, and to activate an operations room in the ministry, working 24 hours, to ensure the implementation of the set plan, and the commitment of all parties to its implementation, stressing that the ministry has adopted a health protocol that includes several procedures These include examining "Covid-19", examining the temperature before entering schools, applying physical distancing standards, sterilization and disinfection throughout the school day, and subjecting school transport services to strict standards, to ensure the best degrees of safety for students.

Al-Hammadi added that a hybrid education system has been applied, which mixes real and distance learning, and the students ’attendance will be temporary, so that the attendance rate is currently limited to 25% of those who wish to study in real life, and after two weeks it rises to 50%, then to 75%, then To 100% of realistic education for wishing students.

He stressed the Ministry's keenness to educate and train those concerned in educational institutions, to ensure the effective implementation of this strategy, as well as to provide means of monitoring and inspection in educational facilities.
