A 17-year-old minor accidentally killed his 55-year-old father when he ran over him last Monday while he was parking his father's car on Moscow street in the Las Rosas neighborhood, in the San Blas district of Madrid. The wheels of the vehicle passed over the man who died almost instantly at 4:35 p.m., according to Emergencias Madrid. It so happens that the victim was celebrating his birthday that day, according to his relatives.
The event occurred around 4:30 p.m. on August 24. The father and his son arrived on the streets of Moscow after having been together at dinner.
According to the police report, the man, 55, was driving the car. However, when he reached the street, he let his son park him in order to practice , since he was going to get his driver's license soon. To watch the parking maneuver, the father got behind.
For reasons investigated by the Municipal Police, when reversing, the vehicle passed with the rear wheels over the father, causing him death almost immediately.
The doctors of the Samur-Civil Protection of the Madrid City Council went to Moscow Street at 4:35 p.m. to attend to the victim of the outrage after receiving a call from several neighbors. When they arrived at the scene of the accident, they could not do anything for the man's life , according to a spokesman for Emergencias Madrid. Doctors had to attend to the son, who suffered a nervous breakdown.
