The Saudi actor Nasser Al-Qasabi raised the controversy again, through one of the scenes of his new series "Exit 7", where he angered the audience with a dialogue that took place between him and Rashid Al-Shamrani, in which they dealt with a model of normalization between Saudi Arabia and Israel.

Al-Shamrani says - during the dialogue - that he will start commercial cooperation in Israel. Al-Qasabi denounces that step, saying that "they tell their children that Israel is the enemy, so how does he tell his sons that he will do business with them?"

And Al-Shamrani - who introduces an opportunistic character - added that "the enemy is not Israel, but it is the person who cannot stand next to him and cast more night and day more than the Israelis, and that the Saudis entered wars for Palestine and took money and oil, they were more entitled to it, but they presented it as salaries to the Palestinian Authority." And in the end, when they get the chance, they attack Saudi Arabia, "Al-Shamrani said in Al-Mashhad.

During the same scene, Al-Qasabi responds, rejecting this justification, and confirms that the Palestinians are human beings, including the deceived and some of them the conscious, and that he does not agree with these words, and just as Palestinians have been displaced, there are those who sold their homes to the Israelis, and just as there are those who confront tanks with their chests, "There are Palestinians building the separation wall."

And Al-Qasabi continued through the scene that they must stand with the truth regardless, because this is the principle, and that Israel is the one that feeds the hatred and conflicts between the Arab peoples.

Reactions
This scene sparked a great controversy on social media, with some expressing their support for Al-Shamrani's justifications.

I am surprised by the disapproval of some about what the artist said # Rashid Al-Shamrani in one of the series.
I think that he boldly said that he said truthfulness, and
this is a rare thing that we
are told, unfortunately, what he said is a real fact that cannot be denied

While others rejected this view, stressing that the Palestinian issue is the issue of all Arabs, and that they defend their entity as Muslims before defending the Palestinians.

But Muhammad Salamah believes that this is a professionally prepared trap to measure the extent of the Saudi street’s satisfaction with normalization with Israel, and this trap is intended to establish the public opinion that the first enemy is Iran and not Israel.

Beware that you fall into the trap maliciously prepared to change the beliefs of peoples, beware of drawing in your hearts those borders drawn on the ground. They are like a test balloon for the Saudi interior to measure the acceptance of the idea of new alliances and a means of establishing public opinion that the first enemy is Iran and not the Zionist entity # Rashid_Shamrani pic. twitter.com/W71rMO0DUf

Al-Qasabi and the Authority
usually set off a set of problems through his dramas, but he ignited the controversy more than once after showing only three episodes, after his mockery of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice, when he said in one of the scenes of the series, "This is the one who was the first, and they are no longer present. Which was interpreted by many as mockery of the Authority.

This was not the first time that al-Qasabi was hit by the arrows of criticism, as he was criticized for his previous artistic works, especially when he hints at the mockery of the organization and the clergy in his series.

Some consider Al-Qasabi the mouthpiece of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, as he is always tweeting praise for the change policies he imposed in recent years, and while Al-Qasabi measures the satisfaction of the street through the series, some tweeters see that these roles are not worthy of his history.
