It is a surveillance of a specialized investigation service on the Internet which had put an end to its actions. A tennis teacher will be tried by the Metz criminal court in September for having had conversations of a sexual nature with minors on the Internet "for several years", we learned this Thursday from the prosecution.

The man is being prosecuted for "corruption of minors, sexual proposals to minors of 15 years by electronic communication and possession of an image of a child pornography", added the prosecution. "He is accused of having detained a photo of a minor, of having had conversations with people posing as minors and of having encouraged them to have sexualized behavior live for several years", continues the prosecution.

His club fired him in July

The man, whose age was not specified, "worked for a very long time as a tennis teacher". The Sports Association of Posts and Telegraphs (ASPTT) in Metz, where he taught, laid him off in July after the facts were revealed.

"At this stage (of the investigation), there have been no facts committed within the club, only through the Internet," said the prosecution. The suspect was taken into police custody for two days in July. He was presented this week to a liberties and detention judge who placed him under judicial control until his trial, scheduled for September 16.
