TASS informs about this with reference to the press service of the Central Military District (CVD).

"On August 11, in the Perm Territory, when landing after a planned training flight of the MiG-31 aircraft, the flight director discovered the destruction of one of the wheels of the rear landing gear of the fighter," the Central Military District reported.

It is noted that "the flight director warned the aircraft commander about this."

“The crew made a normal landing, the plane was not damaged,” the press service said.

The district added that the engineering and technical staff is eliminating the malfunction.

In June, Dmitry Selivanov, a test pilot of the Russian aircraft-building corporation MiG, said that the latest MiG-35 fighter would be equipped with an expert system, including a voice informant.
