“Tikhanovskaya has been issued an annual national visa of Lithuania,” TASS quoted him as saying.

Earlier, the head of the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry Linas Linkevicius said that Tihanovskaya was in Lithuania.

Tikhanovskaya recorded a video message about her departure to Lithuania amid protests in Belarus. Later, Tikhanovskaya's second video message appeared, where she reads out a text in which she urges Belarusians not to go out into the square and not confront the police.

Tikhanovskaya's headquarters said that it could have been recorded under pressure.
