The flood control situation in the upper reaches of the Yellow River has become increasingly severe. On the same day, the Yellow Committee issued a blue early warning of flood conditions in the upper reaches of the Yellow River. Since 8 o'clock, it has initiated Level IV emergency response to flood and drought disaster prevention in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.
The defense department of the Yellow Committee swiftly issued a notice to the water conservancy department of Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and other provinces (regions), the western and northern theater operations bureau, and the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River.
