An Iraqi security source: An explosion near a crossing on the border with Kuwait
Tuesday's explosion occurred near a crossing on the border between Iraq and Kuwait, according to security sources.
The sources said that the explosion on the border between Iraq and Kuwait was caused by armed militia targeting an American military base, according to the "Al Arabiya" website.
The source added that the militia had smuggled an explosive device into a US army base near the border with Kuwait.
