The Ministry of Community Development revealed the training of 100 employees in a number of public and private entities and institutions to help employees of determination learn and carry out work tasks accurately to reduce their career leaks.

Bin Sulaiman indicated that the Ministry has started training the first batch of professional trainers targeted with the guide procedures, which included 100 employees in a number of public and private institutions and institutions, defining the vocational trainer for people of determination as the person who uses certain techniques to help employees of determination learn and carry out work tasks accurately .

Bin Sulaiman explained that the training bag provides guidance and field guidance for the trainers, in order to support the owners of determination from the moment they join work through training and qualification until job adaptation, up to professional advancement, in order to complement this with the aspirations of the employers' determination to target owners of determination and the governmental and private agencies concerned with employing them to Country level.

Bin Sulaiman stressed the important professional trainer role in the success of the recruitment process of people of determination, as it is the mediator that helps to overcome many obstacles and overcome challenges that may hinder the progress of the recruitment process, stressing that the role of the professional trainer is determined in making appropriate and supportive working environments for employees with determination and possible for them .

She touched on a number of specifications that a professional trainer must have for those with determination, the most important of which is taking responsibility and objectivity during training, and being convinced of the capabilities of those with determination and appreciation, as well as mental flexibility in communicating with the employee.

Bin Sulaiman stressed the importance of the role of the various employment agencies in providing space for trainers who have joined the training course implemented by the Ministry, so that they can carry out their mission to support the owners of determination in each institution and destination, especially during the initial stages of their employment.

She emphasized the importance of spreading the culture of the vocational trainer, because of his role in the job stability of the people of determination, in addition to their career growth, especially that the guide guarantees the provision of effective training for the people of determination in the work environments, in a way that leads to an active and inclusive employment of this category.
