At the end of a "flash mission", the deputies Benjamin Griveaux (LREM) and Jean-Louis Thiériot (LR) estimated, at the end of July in their report, that "a recovery effort (was) essential to counter ( the) risk ”of loss of strategic autonomy which would result from a weakening of the sector.

The two deputies proposed in particular to act on the military order, by accelerating or intensifying the armaments programs provided for by the military programming law (LPM).
