The smoke was not over, and good news came: Ma and Pali, the instructors of the second tank company who have obtained tank driving and communication professional grade certificates, have achieved excellent results in 4 rounds and 3 out of 3.
In September 2013, Ma and Pali joined the army after graduating from Southwest University for Nationalities. After 7 years of enlisting in the army, she experienced 6 changes of guard and proficiently operated 12 kinds of weapons and equipment. She became the first female tank company chief officer and the first female tank driver in the division.
In July 2018, Ma and Pali were appointed as instructors of the tank company. In order to practice upper body strength and drive the tank well, she and the male soldiers practice horizontal bars, push-ups, planks, and lift barbells and dumbbells. In the small cab, she endured high temperature and smoke for a long time, practicing her operation skills over and over again, her arms and knees were bumped blue and purple in the high-speed tank. In just 3 months, she took home a professional certificate in tank driving and communication. Driven by her, the training enthusiasm of officers and soldiers was soaring, and the company was rated as the "first-level military training company" for two consecutive years.
After serving as an instructor, Ma and Pali started with the Party branch of the Jianqiang Company, led officers and soldiers to build 7 characteristic cultural positions including the "Tank Soldier Cultural Corridor", and devoted themselves to creating ideological education classrooms. The company’s construction was vigorous and was rated as "Advanced Unit for Grassroots Construction", and the company's party branch was rated as "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization".
