"The Department of Regional Administrative and Transport Control (URATK) of the Ministry of Transport of the Moscow Region, together with the transport police, have intensified checks of passengers for masks from today," the department said.

It is noted that "massive raids take place in the morning and evening hours in public transport, at railway stations, transfer hubs and railway stations throughout the entire Moscow region."

So, according to the results of checks at railway stations and in buses of the Moscow region, 350 passengers without masks were identified on Tuesday, warnings were issued to all, next time violators will be fined.

The press service recalled that for the absence of masks or respirators, according to the Administrative Code of the Moscow Region, a fine of 5 thousand rubles is provided.

Earlier it was reported that more than 42 thousand passengers of Moscow public transport received fines for lack of personal protective equipment since the beginning of the mask and glove regime.
