Yusufa Mukoko, a name that fans of the Round Witch will remember in the coming days, after he left his mark in German football when he was still 15 years old.

The player, born in Cameroon and a holder of German citizenship, has been called up for training with the first team of Borussia Dortmund since last January, and since that date the German Football Federation has had to change its rules.

Before Mukoko, players were not allowed to participate with the first team before they turned 16.5 years old, but this rule was modified for Mukoko and the player has the right to participate in 16, the age that Mukoko will reach in November.

Nuri Shaheen, the former Dortmund player, holds the record as the youngest player to have participated in a Bundesliga match, at which time she was 16 and 11 months old.

"He has the potential to reach high levels," said Mokoko, Lars Ricken, coordinator of the Dortmund Academy.

Despite his participation in the first team training, Mukoko wants to stay with the under-19 team next season.

Mukoko's talent is confirmed by his numbers. The player scored 90 goals in 56 games with the under-17 team, then scored 34 goals in 20 games with the under-19 team.

When he was 12, he played for the Dortmund U-17 team and Germany's U-16 squad.

Dortmund sports director Michael Zruk asserts that Mococo is "an exceptional talent, and we want him to learn to train with the first team."

Dortmund includes in the first team a number of prominent young talents, such as Norwegian Erling Halland (19 years), and the English Jadon Sancho (20 years) and the presence of Bellingham (17 years), and American Giovanni Reina (17 years).
