The woman is convicted of aggravated child rape, sexual harassment and child pornography. The vulnerable children are close to the woman.

The abuse is said to have lasted for almost a year and a half and the two small children have been subjected to serious sexual acts, including oral sex. The youngest child was only fourteen months old when the first charge is said to have taken place.

Filmed the abuse

The woman has filmed and photographed the abuse and, according to the prosecutor, there are hundreds of films. In several of the abused films, the children are said to be affected by sleep or drugs.

The films and pictures have since been sent on to the man, who is now sentenced to six and a half years in prison for inciting the crimes committed by the woman against the children, as well as a serious child pornography crime. The district court considers that he has urged and encouraged the woman to commit the acts.

The woman has admitted in interrogation that she is in the films, but the man has denied the crime. She is now sentenced to ten years in prison and high damages to the children have also been sentenced by the district court.

Familiar sounded the alarm

The high-profile case was discovered when acquaintances of the woman found videos of the abuse on her computer. The man and woman were arrested and have been in custody since November 2019.

Prosecutors Maria Rensfelt and Maria Lundberg had demanded twelve years in prison for the woman and between ten and twelve years in prison for the man. Fourteen years is the law's most severe punishment for aggravated rape.
