On the day of Arafa one of the greatest days of God, misfortunes are forgiven, and invitations are answered, which is the day of the completion of religion and the completion of grace for Muslims, and God made it like the introduction to the Day of Sacrifice.
In his virtues, exploits, and legitimate deeds in it - for the pilgrim and for the pilgrim - there are many prophetic sayings.
The virtues of the day of Arafa
The best of days:
This is due to the hadith of Jabir on the authority of the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - who said, "The best of days is the day of Arafah" narrated by Ibn Hibban.
And he, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "There is no better day for God than the day of Arafah. God Almighty descends to the heavens of this world, and the people of God will boast."
The witnessed day: It is
enough for the Day of Arafah to honor that God swore by it in his book, because it is the day witnessed in the Almighty’s saying, “Witness and Witnessed”. On the authority of Abu Huraira, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The Promised Day is the Day of Resurrection, and the witnessed day is the Day of Arafah. On Friday "Al-Tirmidhi narrated and improved by Al-Albani.
It is the string that God swore by saying “Shafa’ah and Witr.” Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them, said: “Shafa’ah is the day of Eid al-Adha, and the string is the day of Arafa.”
On the completion of religion and the completion of grace:
In the two Sahihs on the authority of Umar ibn Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, that a man of the Jews said to him: O Commander of the Faithful, a verse in your book that you read if we had to go to the Jews came down to take us that day as a feast, he said: Which verse? He said, "Today I have completed your religion for you, and I have fulfilled my grace and accepted Islam for you as a religion" (Surat Al-Maeda: From verse 3). Omar said: We have known that day and the place in which the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was revealed and he is standing in Arafat on Friday.
And the completion of religion on that day occurred because the Muslims had not previously performed the Hajj of Islam, so he completed their religion to complete the work of all pillars of Islam, and because God restored the Hajj on the rules of Abraham, peace be upon him, and he denied polytheism and his family, so he did not mix with Muslims in that position among them.
As for the completion of the grace, but what happened with forgiveness, the grace does not take place without it, as God Almighty said to his prophet, “May God forgive you what was done from your sin, and what is delayed, and his blessings will be fulfilled (Al-Fath 2).”
It contains the best of supplication:
He said, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, “The best of supplication is a supplication on the day of Arafah, and the best of what I and the prophets said before me is that there is no god but God alone who has no partner.
Among the reasons for mercy and forgiveness on the day of Arafah is the multiplication of remembrance and supplication, especially the testimony of monotheism, as it is the origin of the religion of Islam that God Almighty completed and completed on that day.
His fast disbelieves for two years:
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Fasting on the day he knows it is good for God to expiate the year before and the year after it.” Narrated by Muslim.
Eid Day: The
Day of Arafa is one of the pride of Muslims and their feasts, because he said, may God bless him and grant him peace, "The Day of Arafah and the Day of Sacrifice and the days of Tashreeq are our people of Islam, which are days of eating and drinking." Narrated by Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud.
One of the ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah: It

The day of the forgiveness of sins and the emancipation of the Fire:
It is also the day of boasting about the people of the situation, for what was postponed from the day, and the greatest of the position, peace and blessings be upon him said, "There is no more day than that God will release a servant from Hell from the day of Arafah, and he will come close and show off to them The angels say what these people wanted "Narrated by Muslim.
And he said in another hadith, “God boasts Arafat’s people, the people of heaven. He says to them,“ Look at my servants. They brought me dirty. ”Narrated by Ahmad.
Anyone who covets the freedom from the fire, and the forgiveness of his sins on this great day, must preserve the reasons for which he is free from emancipation and forgiveness, and the first of these reasons is to protect the prey for taboos.
Legitimate actions on the day of Arafa
Fasting for
someone other than the pilgrim: It was reported that his fasting - for someone other than the pilgrim - expects God to atone for the past year and the rest, and this is intended to expiate the minor sins. The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said, "Fasting on the day of Arafah is a duty that God reckons for the expiation of the year before and the year after."
As for the pilgrim, he should not fast until he strengthens himself to stand up and mention God Almighty in the direction of Arafat, which is the day of forgiveness of sins and emancipation from the fire, and the pride of the people of the situation.
