The Human Resources Department in Sharjah implemented during the months of June and July a series of electronic qualification programs targeting (1180) job seekers from all the qualifications campaign listed in the Human Resources Department system in Sharjah, from all cities and regions of the emirate in Sharjah, the central region and the eastern region of Khor Fakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al-Hisn.  

The programs covered the most prominent issues in the contemporary business arena, the most important of which are "teleworking skills", "employee obligations and behaviors while working remotely", and mind maps. Through (20) electronic qualifying programs.

On the qualification of job seekers, a member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, head of the Human Resources Department, Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadim, said that the department is developing sustainable plans to develop and qualify the segment of job seekers who constitute the future of human resources in the emirate; Pursuant to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, which confirms that the human being is the basis of investment and the origin of sustainable development.

He added that from this standpoint, the department focused on implementing various qualifying electronic programs that are concerned with raising the efficiency of the job seeker, developing his skills and preparing him to engage in the labor market. Stressing the importance of the continuity of the training process in all circumstances, its importance in refining and developing the human element and providing it with the latest knowledge and theories.

In turn, Director of the Department of Personnel Looking for Work in the Human Resources Department, Majid Hamad Khalfan Al-Marri, explained that the department invested the conditions of the current stage in implementing its programs through an interactive electronic environment, as it prepared its qualification plan for the coming month of August to include (16) electronic qualification programs designed according to the requirements of the labor market and curricula The standards are approved locally and globally, and are held via the distance training system using WEBEX program. These include: self-planning for job excellence, coping strategies, art of presentation, presentation and public speaking, creative skills in social media management, self-development for work, happiness strategy, life and work planning skills, decision-making and leadership in difficult situations, positive behavior in life, and magnetic personality, The ten secrets to building trust, managing time between creativity and routine, developing and building self-capabilities, enhancing the positive energy of excellence, changing your thoughts to change your life, and developing thinking with creativity and excellence.
