China News Service, July 21. According to the American Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) report, on the evening of the 19th local time, a shooting occurred in the residence of Federal Judge Salas in New Jersey. Law enforcement officials said on the 20th that the suspect had been identified as a lawyer who claimed to be an “anti-feminist” and that the suspect has now committed suicide by drinking a bomb.

According to reports, at around 5 pm on the 19th, the suspect, dressed as a FedEx driver, came to Salas’ home to commit the crime. Salas was not injured in the incident, but her 20-year-old son, Daniel, was shot and killed. The 63-year-old husband, Mark, was also shot several times by the murderer and was seriously injured. The situation is stable.

The FBI confirmed on the 20th that the suspect had been identified as Roy Dan Holland, a Manhattan lawyer who claimed to be an “anti-feminist,” but when the police found him, he suspected of committing suicide.

According to reports, Holland's body was found in a car in Rockland, New York. Sources said he died of a gunshot wound that was apparently suicide and a FedEx package sent to Salas was found in the car.

The report pointed out that Holland has filed many lawsuits against women in recent years. In 2015, he filed a lawsuit before Salas, accusing an independent government agency of accepting only male registration for recruitment. However, it is not clear whether the shooting was related to the case.
