Discovered wounded by a bullet, a 31-year-old man could not be saved despite the intervention of the emergency services. Monday around 3:45 am, the victim, known to the police, was found on the public highway in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, commune of Yvelines 40 km north-west of Paris.
Supported by the emergency services, he died an hour later. The circumstances of the shooting are not yet known and no arrest has yet taken place.
The investigation was entrusted to the Versailles judicial police.
