China News Service, Beijing, July 14 (Chen Hang) Li Yi, deputy secretary of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission and spokesperson of the Municipal Education Commission, said at a press conference held on the 14th that the 2020 Beijing exam will arrive on July 17 Conducted on July 19, 77,583 people took the exam, and the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures is consistent with the college entrance examination requirements.

Li Yi informed that the "zero errors" of the Beijing College Entrance Examination in 2020 was completed safely and smoothly. At the same time, last weekend (July 11th), nearly one million elementary and middle school students in the city successfully completed their semester education and teaching work and entered the summer vacation, and colleges and universities also ended the semester and entered the summer vacation.

According to Li Yi, in this year's senior high school entrance examination, Beijing has set up 17 examination areas, 248 examination sites (including 27 alternate examination sites), and 5,056 examination sites (including 1,033 alternative examination sites), focusing on epidemic prevention and control, extreme weather response and humanities Caring for three aspects.

Li Yi pointed out that strict implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures to ensure the health and safety of teachers and students. In implementing the epidemic prevention and control measures, it is consistent with the college entrance examination requirements, with emphasis on several aspects.

The first is to do a good job in comprehensive examination of candidates and examination staff. All examination staff conducted nucleic acid detection within 7 days before the examination, strengthened the registration of the health status of the candidates and examination staff, disinfection and ventilation of the examination center, and the examination of the body temperature at the entrance. In particular, the examination of candidates for centralized medical observation, home observation, and community closed management will be strengthened, and the examination arrangements for special candidates will be made with reference to the "One Class One Policy" work plan for college entrance examinations.

The second is to do a good job of epidemic prevention, disinfection and ventilation of examination centers and examination equipment. Before the test, arrange a person to thoroughly clean and eliminate the test site and test site, passage, toilet, water room, table and chairs. Between the morning and afternoon exams, preventive disinfection should be carried out to ensure that the windows of the exam room and exam room before the exam are ventilated for more than 30 minutes. Strengthen the temperature detection of candidates and test staff entering the test site, and keep the entrance well closed.

The third is to reduce the density of personnel in the examination room. The number of candidates in each examination room is reduced from 30 to 20. According to the requirements, 1-3 alternate test sites are set in each test area, and there are not less than 3 spare test sites per test site. An additional deputy chief examiner arranged by the health department is responsible for each test site school, responsible for routine work in epidemic prevention and control and emergency handling.

The fourth is to strengthen training and drills. In particular, intensive training and guidance will be given to the schools that undertook the examination sites for the first time, and comrades with rich experience in the examinations for the examinations will be sent to "one-to-one" to guide the new examination sites to do a good job.

Li Yi emphasized that be prepared to deal with extreme weather and eliminate hidden dangers in exam safety. In mid-July, during the main flood season in Beijing, higher requirements were placed on the entrance examination for candidates, the safety of test papers, and the implementation of test organizations. In preparing for extreme weather, the following aspects were emphasized.

The first is to strictly implement the "Beijing College Entrance Examination and High School Examination Extreme Weather Response Work Program", establish an extreme weather response work mechanism during the high school entrance examination, and the relevant member units of the Inter-Bureau Joint Committee will do their work according to their respective responsibilities.

The second is to strengthen the flood control work of the test sites. Comprehensively investigate and manage hidden safety hazards at the test sites and surrounding areas, and reserve necessary materials for flood control and disaster relief. Pay close attention to the meteorological special report issued by the meteorological department and the flood control information issued by the municipal flood control office, and be ready to respond to various emergencies at any time. Examination sites for high school entrance examinations should not be set up in areas prone to geological hazards, especially for examination sites in mountainous areas (at present, there are 3 examination sites in mountainous areas, namely Miyun Taishizhuang Middle School, Huairou Tanghekou Middle School and Mentougou Zhaitang Middle School). Response measures to ensure the safety of exams and the safety of candidates, mountainous sites have now conducted special inspections, and all work is ready.

The third is to ensure the safe delivery of test papers. Formulate a response plan for extreme weather in advance to ensure the safety and confidentiality of test papers in transit.

Li Yi said that the examination service should be strengthened to show humanistic care.

One is to strengthen the psychological counseling of candidates. It is required that the class teacher or teacher in the junior high school talk with each candidate in the middle school exam once to help the candidate adjust their mentality and successfully take the test.

The second is to create a good examination environment. A rain corridor is set up to prevent heatstroke and cool down in the test room, and air conditioners and fans are used reasonably (the standby test center and the standby test room do not use central air conditioning).

The third is to create a good external environment for the exam. Strengthen traffic control and take further measures to prevent parents from gathering and waiting for exams. The public security and transportation departments provide convenience for candidates to travel, continue to implement the policy of not being restricted by the vehicle tail number, and provide timely help to candidates who encounter difficulties.

The fourth is to do a good job of service guarantee for special candidates. For special candidates such as fever, disability and temporary injuries, provide reasonable convenience and medical protection to ensure the successful completion of the exam.
