And the field hospital in "Dubai Parks and Resorts" was established within three weeks in three field hospitals that SEHA established in last April as a precaution, and in preparation for the increase in the number of patients, and since it received the first cases of "Covid-19" on 24 April, the field hospital, with a capacity of 1,200 beds, provided services to more than 2,300 Covid-19 patients, according to the treatment procedures established by the Ministry of Health and Community Protection and the Dubai Health Authority.

Dr. Mubarak Al Darmaki, Chief Operating Officer of the Emirates Field Hospital in Dubai Parks and Resorts, said, “The hospital provided free treatment services to all patients of different nationalities whose symptoms vary from simple to medium.”

He emphasized that the percentage of injuries among the medical staff in the hospital amounted to "zero", as the necessary preventive measures were taken since its establishment to protect doctors and nurses, and the hospital did not witness any deaths among the patients.

He pointed out that the team that supervised the hospital consisted of 100 nursing staff, 30 doctors, 27 volunteers, and 8 administrators, in addition to radiology, laboratory and radiology services, stressing that the medical staff did not leave the hospital over the past three months, as their housing was provided soon From the hospital, to start today their first day out.

He continued that the termination of sanitary isolation was done according to the treatment protocols that were constantly updated according to international developments, so that the isolation was finally ended after 14 days of sanitary isolation.
