“Some say that tomorrow there will be some kind of horror, the second wave, others say that there will be nothing. I take this calmly and already on the basis of experience and conversations with many specialists, doctors, specialists of Rospotrebnadzor, I see that we nevertheless passed the peaks, ”the mayor said.

We add that from July 13, Moscow will proceed to the next stage of easing restrictive measures due to COVID-19. In particular, in the city they will be able to fully earn parks of culture and recreation, cultural centers, and leisure-type organizations. In this case, the mandatory mask mode on the streets is canceled.

In addition, from July 15, Russia may resume international flights. As stated in the Federal Air Transport Agency, based on the recommendations of the International Civil Aviation Organization, WHO and the Russian authorities, "a matrix has been developed for the phased resumption of flights with foreign countries."

“The first stage involves the opening of air links with states in which the most favorable sanitary and epidemiological conditions have developed,” the ministry said.

On the same day in the center "Vector" should begin clinical studies of the vaccine against coronavirus infection COVID-19. Earlier, the director general of the center Rinat Maksyutov said that 300 volunteers will take part in the research.

“Colleagues have completed preclinical studies. They were successful. And we practically have every reason to be sure that it will be as we promised, on July 15 we plan to go to the clinic, ”said Anna Popova, head of Rospotrebnadzor, on the Russia 1 television channel.

She also said that work has just begun on a special vaccine against coronavirus, which will be intended for children.

“There must be a special vaccine for children for which special safety requirements must be met. So far, this work has just begun. To say that the vaccine for children will be in the near future or this year, well, it would probably be premature, ”explained the chief sanitary doctor of the Russian Federation.

Speaking of children, Popova also dwelled on the issue of traditional school rulers, which should be held on the Day of Knowledge. Earlier, the relevant ministries indicated that this issue will be addressed taking into account the situation with COVID-19 in individual regions.

“If there is a favorable epidemiological situation, then any requirement should be changed. Changing the situation to the other side will also require the introduction of new rules and new requirements. Therefore, we will see how we spend September 1, a little later, somewhere in the second half of August. But the main thing is that on September 1, children will go to school, ”Popova said.
