"Some people have strange orgasms, the starting point of which is sometimes surprising. Beyond the anecdotes or testimonies, there are many recent scientific publications which show it, in particular that of Dutch researchers who were surprised to see in consultation with a 55-year-old woman, who had unexpected orgasms that started in her left foot, then went up through the calf to the vagina to end up running in her head, obviously with an orgasmic sensation.

The problem is that she could not only do nothing to prevent it, but in addition, it was not she who triggered it. For no apparent reason, five or six times a day and without warning, she had an orgasm. A particularly disabling phenomenon on a daily basis.
After several examinations, a well-known neuropsychiatrist in sexology from the University of Utrecht, finally managed to find a treatment. In reality, the pressure exerted on an area of the arch of this patient could trigger an orgasm. The specialist then traced the nerve root to the spinal ganglion of the second sacral vertebra (in the pelvic region), and neutralized it. This had the effect of suppressing her unexpected orgasms.

But the specialist also points out that the nerve starting from the soles of the feet crosses the one that comes from the clitoris when it enters the spine.

This whole story also shows us that orgasm is above all in the brain

Exactly. Whatever the starting point of stimulation, everything ends in the brain, this is where orgasm occurs. Canadian doctors conducting a study on epilepsy have realized that seizures very often begin with erotic sensations, pleasant sensations that spread to all genitals. We can see that there, we are completely in the brain and orgasm by thought.

But the thought orgasm is a myth isn't it?

Not at all, it really exists. Already in 1953, the great American survey on female sexuality, Kinsey, had noticed that 2% of women said they were able to have orgasms by thought without any physical stimulation. Some have never believed that, because as always, we question the testimony of the first concerned. But since then, we've had techniques that have confirmed that something was going on in the brain.

In 1992, the sexologist Beverly Whipple had shown in ten women in the laboratory that indeed, they had all the orgasmic manifestations. Not only the pleasure expressed, but also the dilation of the pupils, the increase in blood pressure, pulse, contractions of the perineum ... Concretely, these women, without any stimulation, could trigger an orgasm. And then in 2013, American researchers who gave an MRI to women who said they were able to trigger orgasms.

And the result is striking: when a patient triggered an orgasm, we saw on the screens her whole brain ignite, ignite, as in the case of a 'traditional' orgasm. Irrefutable proof that we can trigger one by thought. It was therefore necessary to wait 60 years to confirm what women said in 1953!
