The Russian Ministry of Justice emphasized that Moscow has denied allegations of involvement in the crash of MH17.

In addition, they declared their readiness to defend Russia's position in the event the Netherlands filed a lawsuit.

The Boeing 777, which followed flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, crashed on July 17, 2014 in the Donetsk region of Ukraine. Killed 283 passengers and 15 crew members.
