“The Russian Ministry of Transport (EI Dietrich) should assess the readiness of Russian international airports to work in conditions of increased passenger flow when resuming flights with foreign countries,” the protocol says.
At the same time, the ministry must report the results of the audit to the Russian government by July 13, 2020.
