Is it realistic with a regional opening?

- We have seen similar examples in Denmark and in Finland where people have opened up to regions that have a lower spread of infection than Sweden as a whole, so absolutely that would be possible, says Anna Hallberg to SVT News West on Wednesday afternoon.

Are you close to that point in the negotiations?

- No, and it's not really negotiations in itself, it's more that we want to offer suggestions. Then it is Norway that makes the decision, and we must respect that.

Promise no bets

Will the government assist these regions with any other type of support?

- We have put together a support package of 250 billion in total from the government, which has also benefited border trade. But I can't promise any targeted investments right now, but I work for the incremental partial opening.
