He pointed out that the new system applies the Internet of Things in the central monitoring process, as it receives electronic signals and translates them into data after sorting and analyzing them, pointing out that the administration receives approximately 13 thousand notices or smart contacts daily through the information center, and the system will categorize them and send instant text messages to customers To ensure the correctness of notices related to fire protection systems, such as the alarm ringing, the failure of protection systems or the need for maintenance.
He explained that the system pours into the strategy of rational investment of human resources and smart work remotely, because it does not need any human intervention, and can be monitored through tablets from anywhere without the need to be in a specific place.
He stated that the system contains a package of smart programs and applications, one of which is devoted to managing projects and data, verifying their validity and transferring them to the competent authority, and a program for managing the content of transactions for customers from the moment they are registered and following their path until they are completed, in addition to the automated voice answering system that handles answering and directing calls, And a number of other important applications.
