Today, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has issued special protocols for the Hajj season.

According to Saudi media, it is forbidden to enter the holy sites without a permit starting from the date of 11/28/1441 AH until the end of the twelfth day of Dhu al-Hijjah for the year 1441 AH.

According to the protocols, it is permitted for suspected cases, after evaluation by the doctor, to complete the Hajj, so that they are joined to the group of suspected cases, and a separate building or residential role is assigned for a suitable Hajj trip for their situation.

It prevents any person on the pilgrimage who has symptoms similar to influenza from working until the symptoms disappear.

All pilgrims and those in charge of the hajj course are required to wear masks.

Also according to the protocols, the pilgrims waiting at the assembly points should be organized to ensure a distance of one and a half meters between individuals.

It also prevents pilgrims from sharing personal tools and equipment.

It is allowed to pray in congregation with the necessity of wearing a muzzle during the congregational prayer, keeping a distance between the worshipers and referring to the protocols related to mosques.

Staff in residential buildings dedicated to pilgrims must wear masks while working, including reception stations and before entering guest rooms.

Also, all refrigerators will be removed or disabled in the Great Mosque of Mecca and the Holy Places.

Meals are limited to pre-packaged and individually packed foods, to be served individually for each pilgrim.
