The Director of the Human Resources Department in Fujairah, Mohamed Al-Zyoudi, revealed that the transactions in government departments have been completed for a maximum period of only three minutes, after the return of employees of government and federal agencies in the emirate to 100% workplaces, in line with the state’s strategy, by resuming various economic activities And social, with the necessary preventive measures taken.

Al-Zyoudi stated that the necessity of the presence of customers in the headquarters of government and federal entities in the emirate will be for limited transactions.

He stressed that the institutions are equipped with automatic sterilization paths at the entrances, and precautionary means are applied to protect employees and dealers, by preparing places to receive the client's isolation from the employee, indicating that immediate sterilization is done after the exit of the dealers upon the completion of their transactions. He noted that all government and federal agencies in the emirate returned to work after applying the precautionary measures, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, and conducting a special examination of the "Corona" virus emerging for all employees during the past week.

Al-Zyoudi stressed that flexible working hours will be activated, and employees will be distributed to groups when attending and leaving, to ensure the reduction of gatherings and mixing, in order to achieve physical distance, and to activate the use of the remote work system approved in the federal government, in accordance with the controls, standards and provisions contained in it, that ensure the continuity of service provision and ensure Work progress and productivity, as will electronic work.
