Västeråsaren, who is the company's CEO and only board member, lacked full experience of running a company when the company was registered in 2016. Nevertheless, the first sales invoice for his company, which is allegedly mainly dealing with IP telephony, ended up at just over SEK 9 million.

According to the Swedish Tax Agency, the company is a so-called rail company that is controlled by external players. Among other things, the authority believes that a Maltese entrepreneur who appears in the so-called Panama leak had "control over the entire chain of transactions".

Västeråsaren believes that everything has gone right and that the Maltese has been hired as a consultant since he had a large international network.

By July 13, the company must pay the money to the Swedish Tax Agency.
