Biscuiterie Traou Mad de Pont-Aven - Emmanuel Pain - Bretons

This strange period that France has gone through in recent months will have had effects that will take time to be analyzed. One of them is unexpected to say the least: sales of Traou Mad pancakes and pucks have soared. Anecdotal? Not really. “People have turned to reassuring products, a bit like turning to organic. Organic volumes exploded during containment. Local products too: Traou Mad is local, we know, it's made here. ” Marc Cadiou, brand marketing director, is very proud of this: the Traou Mad factory, located in Pont-Aven, is operating at full capacity. The confinement has only amplified a perceptible resurgence of success for some time: Traou Mad has the wind in its sails. And even if the health and economic context spoils the party a little, the brand intends to celebrate an important anniversary: that of the 100 years of its creation.
